We deliver exclusively within the United Kingdom (including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland*).

All orders are carefully packed in heavy-duty packaging to protect fragile and heavyweight heating equipment—such as radiators, convector panels, and industrial space heaters—and come with full tracking from dispatch to doorstep.

Delivery Options & Rates

• Standard Delivery (3–5 Working Days)

• Cost: £4.99 (Free on all orders over £100)

• Details: Handled via premier UK couriers (including DPD, Evri, and DX Freight for oversized parcels). A reliable, cost-effective choice for scheduled renovations and heating upgrades.

• Express Delivery (1–2 Working Days)

• Cost: £9.99

• Details: Orders placed before 2:00 PM Monday through Friday are dispatched the very same day. Ideal when you require emergency heating replacements or prompt site equipment.

Key Delivery Information

• Order Processing:

Orders are prepared and dispatched Monday to Friday. Orders placed over weekends or during UK Bank Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

• Shipment Tracking:

As soon as your consignment leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email and/or SMS confirmation containing your tracking number and live parcel tracking updates.

• Oversized & Heavy Equipment (Pallet & Kerbside Drop):

Large designer radiators, double convector units, and commercial-grade space heaters may arrive via specialist freight carriers. Deliveries of this nature are strictly kerbside / ground-floor drop-offs. Please ensure adequate personnel or lifting assistance is available on-site to transport the units indoors.
